Role Details:
Job Title: Account Manager – Meta
Reporting to: Account Director – Disrupt
Salary: Competitive
Bonus : 10 % Performance based
Hours per week: 37.5 hrs
Main purpose of role:
The Account Manager role is the heart of the project management, administration and invoicing process within Disrupt. We are passionate about delivering first-class support to our teams and clients, tailored to meet and exceed their needs. We are driven to achieve operational excellence and to develop our skills in line with the clients’ and business’ needs
Location:
Hybrid – Mainly home based with some travel into London Meta office (Some weekend working will be a requirement when projects are live at the weekend)
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction
• To play an active part in the strategic direction of the Meta Account and business
• To review and propose new ways of working for current processes / procedures with the aim of
driving efficiency and growing the business supply to Meta
Communication
Management of Account Briefing Process
• Ensure Account activity briefs are produced (if appropriate) and sent to the field
• Ensure any visual aids are compiled for the field
• Ensure relevant information is set up on DSP reporting system and or GC
• Ensure Personnel are booked for each activity
• Ensure supporting material is sent to the team as needed
• Ensure transport and accommodation is booked for each event
• Cost code all activities and ensure invoicing to the respective parties is submitted on time
• Liaise with both Meta and Mosaic so that communication throughout each project is first class
Fleet Management – as applicable
• Be responsible for ordering/collecting the vehicles hired and maintaining all records relating to.
• Fuel reconciliation, expenses , driver deductions & hire vehicle damage / fine deductions
• Main point of contact for all fleet related queries on Account
New Business
• Support as appropriate with New Business Projects, Meta related or more widely
Reporting/Data Recording
• Set up reporting parameters for each activity – inline with clients information requirements
• Progressing data / results from field team to ensure all received within agreed timelines
• Data and image verification – contacting Sub-Contractors to validate and reporting any SubContractor issues to Communications and Engagement Manager
• Preparation of client presentations, showing the value add and ROI connected with each project
• Adhoc reporting as requested, including some weekends
• Report real time data and images as needed to Meta
Call file Management (only applicable for retail centred activities)
• Ensure calls are added/ removed when required and rebooked as applicable
• Manage any requirements for changes to call file
Technical
• Loading of relevant scripts in line with client objectives for periodic questions
• Scripts to be in line with standard process
• First line of support for any script/reporting issues from the field including App support
• CEST testing task for 10% of the personnel each month on the Meta projects
Financials
• Upload visits + rate cards for Sub-Contractor Self-Bill based on activity pay agreed with line
manager
• Activity bonus verification and upload onto Sub-Contractor Self-Bill
Administration
• Booking meetings, accommodation and flights for the team
• Ordering Stationery
• Forwarding enquiries to the relevant contact
• Sending out paperwork / bonus rewards / gifts as needed
• Liaising with Finance and the issue of invoices against each PO/job number
Social Media
• Suggest and produce social media content for Acosta Marketing Team to utilise on social media
o Ensure client sign off if it mentions the brand
o Ensure field staff are happy to be featured if appear in photos
Other Requirements
• Regularly read and follow Company policies and procedures at all times. Polices can be found on the
intranet or by asking a member of the HR Team
• ½ day visit with field team once a month (Could be weekend depending on when campaigns are live)
• Take personal responsibility to comply with Health & Safety Regulations
• Take responsibility for your own personal development and ensure all mandatory training is
completed on time
• Adhere to all General Data Protection Rules and policies (GDPR)
