HR Coordinator £24,000 + benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our UK head office team, in an exciting and diverse role.
The HR Coordinator role is responsible providing HR service excellence to the business, taking full ownership and responsibility for all HR administration activity, and personnel documentation. The HR Coordinator ill own the delivery of, and make recommendations for improvement for, HR Admin employee life-cycle processes, ensuring an exceptional employee experience and working collaboratively with the HR team to support and contribute towards the wider HR agenda.
Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
The successful applicant will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to demonstrate proven skills in using word processing, be proficient in excel and PowerPoint with a good technical understanding. Previous experience working with a database is desirable.
