Heathrow Airport started out as a private airfield in 1930 to the present day, now known as London Heathrow, it handles over 80 million international passengers annually and is the largest airport in the UK. Imagine being able to make a positive impact on such a large number of peoples‘ airport experience! Their journey does start with you after all.
The role of a Passenger Ambassador is ensure that all airport guests have a hassle free and enjoyable journey. You may help them find their gate, pick out a new piece of jewellery for their mother or simply guide them to where does the best latte in the terminal. Speaking to passengers in their native language will make that process even more memorable.
If successful, you will work with a team who are responsible for raising the performance of the shops and restaurants in the airport. You will act as the face of the Heathrow brand with responsibility for driving sales to enhance turnover and market share for the retailers in the airport. It is an exciting and varied role where you will be go from helping people find the nearest restrooms to driving footfall and sales for global premium brands. Most importantly, you can do all of this whilst providing excellent customer service to any passengers you engage with.

Who are we looking for?
You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed. You will be able to work 5 shifts a week, a mixture of early and late shifts (6am-2pm) and (1:30pm-9:30pm) including weekends.
