Flexforce are the UK’s largest dedicated data driven tactical agency. You will work collaboratively to achieve operational excellence all client activities across Flexforce driving high standards of field performance, insightful and timely reporting to clients and delivering targeted revenue and profit.
Job Title : Senior Operations Executive – Field Delivery
Salary : £25,000
Bonus : 10% Performance Based Bonus
Hours Per Week : 37.5 Hrs
The Role’s Mission :
The Field Performance Executive role focusses on the quality of our database of contractors and how their activity delivers the expected results to our clients. We are passionate about delivering first-class support to our clients and internal Group colleagues, tailored to meet and exceed their needs. We are driven to achieve operational excellence and to ensure that our activities are in line with both our clients’ and business’ needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Select appropriate sub-contractors to approach taking location and experience into consideration
Make contact via telephone, email , SMS with sub-contractors
Confirm bookings with sub-contractors
Work with Operations Team with booking as and when required to ensure our coverage targets are met
To support Operations Teams in utilising any new starters to fully realise the data opportunities
Look at ways of achieving economies to drive cost savings i.e. briefing , pay , mapping visits to geographically best located person saving travel expenses
Live Activity Management
If sub-contractors drop visits to ensure these are rebooked and uploaded onto the campaign
Identify gaps in coverage and liaise with relevant Operations Executive – Recruitment
Use relationships with sub-contractors to receive recommendations and referrals in to fill gaps in coverage
Working closely with Acosta Europe recruitment functions
Co-ordination of core team support for recruitment and coverage
Building relationships with sub-contractor to support and resolve performance issues
Manage any confirmed poor performance either via additional support or removal from all activity dependant following internal processes
Work closely with Insight Analyst to provide up to date tools to aid booking and sub-contractor performance
Monitor activity coverage and support bringing into line with flexforce KPIs
To complete one day in trade every month to sense check sub-contractor briefs and report forms are create to enable the best possible outcomes
To review existing database
To confirm sub-contractors already registered are still active and ready to accept projects

Preferred Skills :
Ability to communicate confidently with the field team and head office staff of all levels
Ensures communication is always timely, efficient and accurate
Create and distribute communication to whole team ensuring everyone is kept up to date with the latest information regarding bookings and coverage
Suggest/ implement new administrative or cost-saving ideas for booking efficiency with backing of Account Manager team
Has the ability to take on all aspects of role and own it, reacting positively to changes in the workplace as they occur
Ability to create a rep support network across a multitude of clients and campaigns running at the same time
Positive, proactive manner than engages across all levels of the business with the purpose of delivering the best results, all of the time
Strives to help others develop competencies and a performance level beyond their own
Essential Information :
Ideally a car driver to enable field visits, meetings with sub-contractors and attendance at Acosta Europe offices
Hybrid working between home and offices
