Employed by ShopSmart, you will be joining our high-performing team with responsibility for building and developing customer relationships, accelerating brand performance in terms of awareness, event and display execution, driving sales to enhance turnover and increase market share.

Ideally you will have experience within a sales, FMCG or a retail background, although we will also consider applications from ambitious and motivated individuals with experience from other sectors. You will be excited about representing a great brand, show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.
You must hold a full driving licence. There may be some travel in this role.
– You will be the face of the brands, developing strong customer relationships
– Responsible for product availability and visibility across several categories
– Delivery of national plans at store level
– Reporting on market intelligence
– Use of store level sales data to drive in call objectives
Experience in field sales and marketing
Understanding of in-store processes within the grocery sector
Ability to analyse and present data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
