We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our UK head office team, in an exciting and diverse new role.
The Talent Coordinator will support the Talent Partner and broader HR department in the delivery of HR and Talent projects, including leadership & management development, assessment, learning & development, cultural change, employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for project support and administration. You will assist in the design, collation and delivery of company attraction, retention and development initiatives, alongside the day-to-day running of our e-learning (LMS) and Recruitment (ATS) platforms.
Talent Coordinator Role Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
The successful applicant will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail. Ideally you will have a passion/interest in Talent attraction/development. You will also need to be able to demonstrate proven skills in using word processing, systems administration and be proficient in excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience working within an HR/Talent remit is desirable.
