Talent Resourcer – Human Resources Full Time Temporary

Acosta Europe is a people business with a progressive approach, we operate as part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world. We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Resoucer to join our UK head office team in a challenging and diverse role.

As a Talent Resourcer you would be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Talent Strategy by assisting with Talent Attraction initiatives.

Talent Resourcing and Recruitment:

• Search or headhunt potential candidates, screen CV’s, conduct telephone screening interviews to ensure the availability of candidates for hiring managers to interview and close off vacancies
• Build relationships and liaise with hiring managers to understand position requirements to improve the ability to source possible candidates to close vacancies
• Source candidates for seasonal and ad hoc projects
• Maintain a candidate data base for back fill/supply of candidates
• Compile and publish internal and external advertisements on receipt of the recruitment authorisation
• Compile or update job descriptions
• Compile and publish the weekly recruitment bulletin

System Administration and Maintenance:

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the Networx (ATS) system
• Help the Talent and Development Coordinator for all Talent system (ATS) related queries and providing support / guidance to all employees/managers
• Assist in producing monthly and ad hoc reports
• Contribute to and maintain the integrity of the data in the Talent systems

General Administration:

• Support the HR team as required
• Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance administrative processes and procedures, and offer viable solutions
• Keep abreast of updates to the Company Policies and procedures ensuring consistent adherence and compliance
• Comply with Health & Safety Regulations
• Assume responsibility for your own personal development
• Complete all mandatory training on time
• Adhere to General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) and policies
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Ability to plan, organise, follow-up and follow-thru to task completion point
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Work collaboratively with the HR Team to support and contribute towards the People Plan
• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and hiring managers at various levels within the company
• Adaptability and an ability to multitask
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage

Education / Qualifications required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• GSCE English and Mathematics is essential
• A degree in Human Resources is preferred

Person Specification:

• Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels within the company
• Adaptability and an ability to multitask. Previous experience of managing Talent Attraction and Development initiatives would be advantageous
• A passion for detail

• Ability to plan, organise, follow-up and follow-through to task completion
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Previous experience of co-creation activities with HR colleagues

Education / Qualifications required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A level or equivalent and GSCE English and Mathematics is essential
• A degree or three years’ Talent and Development experience is essential
• Familiar with regulations and governance pertaining to Learning and Development in the UK and Europe
• Experience of working with a LMS – Kallidus would be an advantage
