About the role
As a Technical Merchandiser / Assistant you will be visiting retailers such as Curry’s, John Lewis, Smyths, 02 + EE to maintain and fix Tech products which include virtual reality headsets & AR glasses.
You will be visiting a set list of stores tactically that could fall monthly. There will be ad-hoc visits available if there is an urgent customer facing issue that needs resolving, such as a broken headset. There may also be larger scale project work available throughout the year on a self-employed basis.
We are looking for great tactical people, who visit stores every month as required. Understanding the fixture types + being able to troubleshoot in store/replace parts are basic expectations of this activity.
