About the Role:
Join a dynamic and supportive marketing team that plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s ambitious growth strategy. Operate across a range of brands, leveraging internal and external partnerships to deliver campaigns, events and compelling web and social content, elevating our in-house capabilities. Bring creative concepts to life and deliver impactful content for sales enablement, campaigns and brand growth. Support internal accounts and the HR team in delivering communications.
Job Title : Content Creator Executive
Line Manager : Head of Marketing and Digital Media
Location of role : Woking/Hybrid
Salary : Competitive
No of hours per week : 37.5 hours
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Create branded documents, resources, graphics and digital collateral.
Lead media production for marketing activities and event coverage (video, photo & audio); ensure content is optimised for different platforms (including case studies, webinars, podcasts and on-brand video).
Support our web and social channels.
Develop collateral for accounts team and people brand initiatives, including slide decks, videos, animations and internal documents.
Assist internal communications, including newsletters, email campaigns and events.
Coordinate with external creative agencies and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Conduct briefings, brainstorming sessions and propose creative ideas that align with Acosta Europe’s values and tone of voice.
Compile performance reports, analyse content effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Follow company policies and procedures.
Comply with health & safety regulations.
Complete all mandatory training on time and take responsibility for personal development.
Adhere to GDPR regulations and policies.
Occasionally travel to our Woking and Stoke offices.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a marketing or communications team, ideally in a content role.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
Experience in designing on-brand PowerPoint presentations.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Intermediate skill level with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform.
Experience in media production and photography is essential. Must be able to plan, storyboard and execute shoots.
Able to work with and support senior-level internal stakeholders and across functions.
